1Introduction

3Account Registration

4Deposits and Withdrawals

KY9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

You may also close your KY9 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the account dashboard.
• KY9 will make reasonable efforts to contact inactive account holders before applying any inactivity fee.
